Known for integrity, experience, and personalized service, Tim has helped generations of clients purchase homes, refinance loans, and build long-term financial security.
As a licensed mortgage professional with Golden Empire Mortgage, and a Certified Mortgage Adviser, Tim specializes in guiding first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, veterans, and homeowners seeking refinancing solutions. His deep knowledge of lending guidelines, local market conditions, and creative financing strategies allows him to deliver smooth transactions and smart mortgage solutions tailored to each client’s needs.
Born and raised in Barstow, Tim brings unmatched local insight and strong community relationships throughout Barstow, Victor Valley, and surrounding areas. Clients value his honest advice, clear communication, and commitment to making the loan process simple and stress-free.
In addition to his mortgage career, Tim proudly serves as Mayor of Barstow after previously serving four terms on the City Council. His decades of public service reflect the same leadership, accountability, and dedication he brings to every client relationship.

With a strong foundation in business and a client-first approach, he focuses on delivering straightforward guidance and reliable results in every transaction.
Tristen earned his Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from Barstow Community College in 2025, equipping him with essential knowledge in finance, communication, and client service. That same year, he obtained his NMLS license and began working with buyers throughout the state.
Since entering the industry, Tristen has been committed to simplifying what can often feel like a complex process. He works closely with first-time buyers, growing families, and seasoned homeowners, ensuring each client understands their options and feels confident in their decisions.
Born and raised in Barstow, California, Tristen values hard work, integrity, and strong relationships. While his roots are local, his focus is statewide, helping clients achieve homeownership wherever they are in California.

Kimberly Silva is a lifelong resident of Barstow, California, with deep roots in the community she proudly serves. She is a dedicated mother to her daughter, Taylor, and son, Tristen, and has built both her personal and professional life around a commitment to family and community.
Kimberly is a graduate of Barstow College, where she earned her Associate of Science degree, and went on to receive her Bachelor of Science from Park University. She continues to give back to education through her involvement as member of the Executive Board of the Barstow Community College Foundation.
With a career in real estate spanning back to 1996, Kimberly has established herself as a trusted and experienced professional. She brings over 15 years of expertise in processing and funding home loans, helping countless families achieve homeownership.
For the past 12 years, Kimberly has successfully managed the Barstow branch of Golden Empire Mortgage, where she is known for her leadership, professionalism, and unwavering commitment to excellence in business.
Beyond her career, Kimberly is actively involved in supporting numerous organizations throughout the Barstow community, reflecting her strong belief in service and local engagement.
